Prawn Tempura


Ingredients:

The ingredients needed to make "Prawn Tempura" are as follows:

Jumbo prawns (with tail)

1 tsp

Yeast(dissolved in water)

½ cup

Refined flour (sieved)

To taste

Salt

For frying

Oil

as accompaniment

Chili garlic sauce



Method:

 

1.

Mix flour, yeast, little lukewarm water and salt in a bowl; set batter aside for 1 hour.

 

2.

Coat prawns with batter.

 

3.

Heat oil in a wok; fry prawns golden. Remove.

 

4.

Serve with chilli garlic sauce.

 

 

Delicious prawn’s tempura is ready.


Presentation:

 

Serve with chili garlic sauce.
