Method:

Mix flour, yeast,
little lukewarm water and salt in a bowl; set batter aside for 1 hour. |

Coat prawns with
batter. |

Heat oil in a wok; fry
prawns golden. Remove. |

Serve with chilli garlic
sauce. |
