Chili sauce, soya sauce

1 tbsp each

Butter, Cream , Clarified butter,Yogurt

2 tbsp each

Orange Food color

1 pinch

Cottage cheese (grated)

3 tbsp

Water

2 Cups

Salt

To taste

Oil

½ cup

Fresh coriander, green chilies for sprinkling (finely cut).

Method:

  1. Boil onion, turmeric, red chili powder, ½ tomatoes, clarified butter and yogurt with water until onions are tender; blend in a blender.
  2. Heat oil in a pot; fry garlic and cumin golden.
  3. Add onion paste and remaining tomatoes; fry.
  4. Add crushed red chilies, cumin and salt; fry till oil separates.
  5. Add chicken and cook till color changes.
  6. Add remaining ingredients and keep on (Dum) Stew in a pan or Kettle. 

Delicious is ready.

Presentation:

Sprinkle coriander and green chilies on top; serve.
