Custard-filled
cream puffs
Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make Custard-filled cream puffs are as follows:
250 Grams |
Puff pastry dough |
½ cup |
Mango custard powder |
½kg+1 cup |
Milk (fresh) |
½ cup |
Sugar |
1 cup |
Fresh cream |
½ cup |
Almonds, pistachio(finely cut) |
Method:
1.
Roll out dough
and wraparound cone-shaped mould.
2.
Repeat process to
make 6 cones.
3.
Place cones in a
baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes at 180° C.

Remove from
moulds when cooled.
5.
Make paste with
custard powder and 1 cup milk.
6.
Boil remaining
milk in a pot and add sugar: when sugar dissolves, add the custard paste a little at
a time while stirring continuously, add cream when custard thickens: whip and
allow cooling.
7.
Fill spoonsful of
custard in cones: sprinkle with almonds and pistachios: serve.
Delicious Custard-filled cream
puffs are ready.
