Clarified
butter |

Method:
- Heat clarified butter in a pot and fry onions until golden.
- Add beef, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, hot spices, and bay leaf and fry.
- Add lentils, fenugreek seeds, red chilies, hot spices
- Powder, ginger, salt, and leaves on Stew or broil in a Kettle or Pan.
- Transfer in a dish and garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, ginger and serve.
Delicious “Fry White lentils with Minced beef” fry is ready.
