Fry White lentils with Minced beef


Ingredients:

The ingredients needed to make “Fry White lentils with Minced beef” are as follows:

½ kg

Minced beef

2 cups

White lentils(boiled)

1 tbs

Ginger/garlic paste

1 tbs

Hot spices

1

Bay leaf

Tomatoes(boiled and cut)

2 tsp

Ginger (finely cut)

Onions (finely cut)

½ tsp

Turmeric powder

1 tsp

Red chili powder

1 tsp

Dry fenugreek seeds

Green chilies (thickly cut)

1 tsp

Hot spices powder

To taste

Salt

¾ cup

Clarified butter

For garnishing

 

Fresh coriander, green chilies, ginger



Method:

  1. Heat clarified butter in a pot and fry onions until golden.
  2. Add beef, ginger, garlic paste, tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, hot spices, and bay leaf and fry.
  3. Add lentils, fenugreek seeds, red chilies, hot spices
  4. Powder, ginger, salt, and leaves on Stew or broil in a Kettle or Pan.
  5. Transfer in a dish and garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies, ginger and serve.


 Delicious “Fry White lentils with Minced beef” fry is ready.
