Cookies (made without eggs)
Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make Cookies (made without eggs) are as follows:
1 ½ cup |
Refined flour(sieved) |
½ cup |
Vanilla custard powder |
1 tsp |
Icing sugar |
1 tsp |
Sugar |
1 cup+ for brushing |
Unsalted butter |
3 tsp |
Milk (fresh) |
Method:
1. Beat icing sugar and
butter with an electric beater.
2. Add flour, milk, and
custard powder; whip till well blended.
3. Shape into small flat
balls; coat with sugar.
4. Brush butter on a baking
tray; place balls at intervals and press them down lightly with a fork.
5. Bake in a preheated
oven at 180°C for 12 minutes; remove on a wire rack.
6. Allow to cool; serve.
Delicious Cookies (made without eggs) is ready.
Presentation:
Coat the cookies with chocolate or coconut powder and Serve with Milk.
