Favorites


Favorites/Pasanday is delicious food that is dear to the heart and full of taste. It is rich in protein and healthy food. It is a dish that adds four moons to the occasion of happiness. It is very easy to make and It's fun. King is such a thing. Today we are going to tell you how to make a favorite. Here is the recipe for making favorites:

1 teaspoon

Proven white cumin

1 teaspoon

Proven black cumin

Cloves

Proven pepper

Small cardamoms

1 tbsp

Poppy

2 tablespoons

roasted and peeled gram

Finely grind the above spices.

crushed raw papaya

 

1 tablespoon

crushed garlic ginger

 

2 pieces

 

Onion (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon

 

Butter

1 cup

 

Yogurt

2 Fresh lemons

1 teaspoon

 

Turmeric

1 cup

oil

Accorting to taste

Salt

1 tbsp

Green coriander (chop)

1 PACK

Mint (Chopped)

4 pieces

green chilies (chop)

1 tablespoon

Crushed red pepper


METHOD:

1. Dilute the favorites with a hammer.

2. Separate a little green coriander and green chilies

3. In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, crushed spices, red pepper, turmeric, remaining green chilies, mint, remaining green coriander, papaya, salt, lemon and yogurt and keep for half an hour.

4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion in it. Take out the half onion and spread it in the newspaper.

5. Add spices to the remaining onions, cover, and cook until the meat is tender.

6. When the water is dry, fry it and add ghee and keep it on the tail for 15 minutes.

Presentation:

Garnish with delicious green chilies, green coriander, and fried onions.
