Yogurt |

METHOD:
1. Dilute the favorites with a hammer.
2. Separate a little green coriander and green chilies
3. In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, crushed spices, red pepper, turmeric,
remaining green chilies, mint, remaining green coriander, papaya, salt, lemon
and yogurt and keep for half an hour.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion in it. Take out the half onion and spread it
in the newspaper.
5. Add spices to the remaining onions, cover, and cook until the meat is
tender.
6. When the water is dry, fry it and add ghee and keep it on the tail for 15
minutes.
Presentation:
Garnish with delicious
green chilies, green coriander, and fried onions.
