Fish Patties |
Fish contains Potassium, Steel, Iodine, Protein, Vitamin A, Vitamin 12, Vitamin D, Selenium, Phosphorus and Magnesium. Phosphorus 33% and Magnesium 16%. This gives you an idea of how important fish is to our diet. We must use it at least once a week throughout the year, not in the winter. We can benefit from it. Of course, you eat a small amount but you must eat it once a week.
Fish patties
Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make "Fish Patties" are as
follows:

Fish fillets |

Potatoes(boiled) |
1 |
Egg |
½ tsp |
Black pepper( crushed) |
2 Cloves |
Garlic(chopped) |
1 tsp |
Cumin powder |
½ tsp |
Red chili
powder |
To taste |
Salt |
For frying |
Oil |
Method:
- Boil fish in a pot for 2 minutes and remove.
- Mash fish and potatoes in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients to it except for the egg and shape the mixture into kebabs.
- Coat kebabs in egg, heat oil in a frying pan, and fry kebabs until golden and serve.
Presentation:
Delicious fish fillets are ready. Serve it
with rice or bread and ketchup.
