Cream of
chicken soup
Ingredients: The ingredients needed to make cream of chicken soup are as follows:
½ Cup |
Chicken
pieces (boiled) |
1 ½ Cup |
Chicken stock |
1tsp |
Onion(chopped) |
1 clove |
Garlic(chopped) |
1 ½ Cup |
Milk (fresh) |
¼ tsp |
Black pepper (crushed) |
1 pinch |
All
spice powder |
¼ Cup |
Parsley (chopped) |
1 Pinch |
Paprika
powder |
1 Cup |
Milk
(fresh) |
¾ Cup |
Refined
flour(sieved) |
¼ tsp |
Salt |
For garnishing |
Fresh
coriander (chopped) |
Method
1.Add one tsp chicken stock, garlic, onion in a
saucepan, and cook for a few minutes.
2.Add the remaining stock, half cup milk, black
pepper, parsley, allspice powder, paprika powder, salt, and beat.
3.Bring to boil and leave on to stew in a
covered pan or Kettle.
4.Add flour to the remaining milk and transfer
in a saucepan stirring continuously with a spoon.
5.Transfer into cups when thickens, add chicken
and sprinkle fresh coriander on top.
Presentation:
Delicious Cream of chicken soup is ready.
Serve it with bread. Drain the soup
in a bowl and spread parsley in the middle.
