 Spaghetti is the perfect food for a healthy, nutritious, and satisfying meal. Why? Spaghetti is an ideal partner for many other foods, including fiber-rich vegetables and beans, heart-healthy fish, antioxidant-rich tomato sauce and protein-rich spins, poultry, and meat-rich spaghetti. Also provides us with protein.

Sustained energy:

Carbohydrates such as spaghetti provide glucose, which is an important fuel for your brain and muscles. And since spaghetti is a great source of complex carbohydrates (like refined and processed varieties - yuk), it releases energy at a slow and sustainable level.

Low sodium and cholesterol-free:

If you are looking at your cholesterol levels, Spaghetti is best for you because it is free of sodium and cholesterol. Per cup, enriched pasta varieties provide good sources of many essential nutrients, including iron and B vitamins.

Folic acid:

Enriched pasta is fortified with folic acid - essential for women of childbearing age. A serving of dried pasta provides about 100 micrograms of folic acid, or 25% of the daily recommended amount.

Balanced diet:

Pasta is part of a balanced diet, with current Australian government guidelines suggesting that 35% of our daily calories should come from complex carbohydrates such as pasta. Combine pasta with lean protein and vegetables for a complete meal as you progress towards your dietary goals.

Spaghetti chicken


Ingredients The ingredients needed to make spaghetti chicken are as follows:


250 grams

Chicken (without bones)

half a packet

Spaghetti

Half a cup

Tomato puree

1 tbsp

Tomatoes (finely chopped)

3 tablespoons

olive oil

1 tbsp

Capsicum (finely chopped)

2 tablespoons

Butter

2 tablespoons

Garlic (chop)

1 tablespoon

Vinegar

According to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

Chopped pepper

1 teaspoon

Oregano

Half a teaspoon

Chopped red pepper

2 tablespoons

Green Coriander (Silence)

Half a teaspoon

Oil


Method:

1. Boil the spaghetti in oil. Cut the chicken into long and thin pieces.

2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add garlic and then add chicken pieces and make golden.

3. In a frying pan, add tomato puree, oregano, black pepper, red pepper, and salt and mix well.

4. Add tomatoes and capsicum and cook for 2 minutes. Add vinegar and butter and cook for one more minute.

5. Add spaghetti to the chicken, mix carefully, and take out in the dish. Garnish with green coriander.

Presentation:

Drain the spaghetti on the edges in a spread dish and spread the chicken mixture in the middle. Garnish with coriander on top.
